The majority of our bedrooms are generally a double in size, and start from around £600.00 pcm. The pricing varies depending on the time of year, availability, size of room and location.
The availability of rooms in our houses is constantly changing; we are happy to send over our current availability on request (based on the type of room you are looking for and location) when you apply. The availability in the offer is subject to change however, as we operate on a first come first served basis. You pay monthly by standing order and can easily extend your stay along the way.
Our tenants are working professionals, generally ranging from their mid twenties to mid thirties in age. We rent rooms to people we would want to live with ourselves! .
We try to keep all our houses mixed wherever possible.
Yes, absolutely. We do not advocate the overcrowding of houses and ensure that there is a limit placed on each property so that the tenants have a comfortable and spacious home environment with their housemates.
All our bedrooms are generally double rooms, but vary in size with either private ensuite bathrooms or shared bathrooms, depending on your budget. Let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to try and accommodate you!
Generally, as a minimum, you will have a bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and drawers. If the room is extra-large, on occasion we provide sofa’s, coffee tables and an extra wardrobe to take up some of the extra space!

We do not provide landlines or fax machines.
Your new room is reserved after you complete a couple of steps. Accept an offer, pay a reservation fee, verify your identification, pass the referencing process, and then sign your agreement!
Our minimum term of contract is 6 months, and this usually comes in the form of a 12 month contract with a flexible 6 months break clause. Once we near the end of the 12 months, we will contact the tenant and ask what their intensions are and whether they would like to renew for another term!
It depends on the property at hand, the main bulk of our properties are between 4-6 residents. However, we do have some smaller 2 bed apartments and also a small number of larger houses up to 8 residents.
We have a few rooms in which we accept couples – please get in touch to find out which properties have a couple allocation. 95% of our rooms are for single occupancy only.
We offer an extremely flexible 24hr self-check in process for all new tenants.
You call our dedicated property management team who will organise a contractor to fix any issues.
Prior to moving in, we give you numbers of who to contact out of normal hours or late night emergencies.
We try whenever possible to provide keys and access ourselves, but on the odd occasion we may request that you provide access.
You will receive an invoice via our online signatory platform. You may pay in any electronic format; we accept most card payments and bank transfers. Please be aware that if you are transferring monies internationally you will be liable for any bank charges and also transfer time may take longer. Rent is due on the first of each month and paid by standing order.
Yes, all of the bedrooms in our properties are provided with handy thumb-turn locks, so you can lock up your room when you leave for work in the morning and also when you retreat to your private space after a long day at work when you don’t want to be disturbed!
All of our houses have full washing machine services for your use and some have tumble dryers also, you can find out more about the amenities of our properties upon viewing them.
It’s your home so you are more than welcome to have your friends and family visit for short periods of time, we do ask however that you ensure that you inform all of your housemates and get their permission as a courtesy; just to make sure that it’s as good a time as any for everyone living in the house.
Please note that we do not allow for people to sleep on the sofa, camp out in the garden or live under the stairs!
No unfortunately not, no animals and pets are allowed to stay at the houses.
